Supporting each other!
After a year of lying on the sofa, I needed a target to start doing some exercise again. Heather suggested this walk, I agreed not really realising how close it was and how little time there was for training. But I'm up for a challenge so I'm going to do it with a little help from my friends. They have already been so supportive over this past year and it will be great to complete this along side them. Let us hope the weather behaves, xx
